A supervisor from pbm will inspect your facility on a regular basis to ensure our staff are performing their duties exceptionally well as well as offering feedback as to what additional work may be needed to make your facility look its absolute best. Our highly skilled staff members are hand selected and trained in all aspects of the cleaning industry. Each employee goes through a background check prior to employment and stringent hiring practices.

Ensuring complete customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. At pbm we accomplish this goal by monitoring the performance of each of our employees. Depending on the size of the facility, we may appoint an onsite supervisor to coordinate the duties of all of our employees on that site and check their work on a daily basis. For smaller facilities, a roving crew inspects the facility to ensure quality. Either way, a representative of pbm is responsible for checking on the cleanliness of each account to ensure you get exactly what you are paying for. This quality control procedure ensures complete customer satisfaction.

Building security is taken very seriously at pbm. Each and every night, all lights will be turned off, appropriate doors will be closed and locked, and the security system will be armed. Only select team members have access to building keys and alarm codes.

Personal Building Maintenance, Inc. is a registered corporation in the state of Illinois. We comply with all local, federal and state regulations according to the rules set forth by the state of Illinois. We are fully insured to protect both our interests as well as yours.

Each and every employee of pbm is made familiar to their surroundings and what to do in case of an emergency prior to site placement. We constantly provide training on new equipment and access to MSDS sheets for cleaning chemicals. In addition, some of our customers require our employees to undergo individual training at their facility due to potentially hazardous conditions that they may be exposed to. We are more than happy to comply with any and all of your company’s rules and regulations regarding safety. In addition, emergency contact phone numbers that can be reached 24 hours a day are provided to you should any unforeseen events occur in your facility.
